A lovely corner plot in Knutsford had an ideal opportunity to extend to the side and rear and provide much-needed play and utility space for a growing family. Working with the 1970’s form, we proposed subtle enhancements to the existing building and paired that with a simple wrap-around extension with a green roof that improves access to the garden and flow throughout the house.
