Proposals for a side and rear extension to a 1930s semi-detached property in Bramhall. The limited width available on the plot, and requirement for a 4th bedroom meant re-imagining the internal layout to accomodate a new stairway, allowing for a much improved master suite and a greater sense of arrival, as well as a more social kitchen-diner and day lounge.

The proposals work with the existing industrial brickwork type, making a contemporary and complimentary extension enhanced with timber cladding and modern glazing.
