We provide everything from design and drawings, assistance through planning and tendering, landscape and interior design, and assistance on site; everything to help you through what can be a time-consuming and stressful process.

How do we work?
Architects and most industry professionals adhere to the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) “Plan of Work” as a defined process and guide to creating a new buildings; this details the milestones from feasibility and briefing to moving into your new home.

Yes! We offer free consultations in Cheshire and surrounding areas. Consultations further afield may incur a fee, but we can always meet on Zoom initially. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess your project needs and provide a detailed fee proposal so you know exactly what to expect.

Absolutely! We see it as an essential part of a successful design. We can schedule plants, design hardscapes, and propose furniture. Remember you spend a lot more time looking out of your window then you do looking at your house.
Can you take on the Principal Designer role?
Yes! This role naturally suits the architect and lead designer and it is a legal obligation to appoint one. We have produced guides to make this requirement easy to understand which we will share on enquiry.
